Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time within 2 hours of placing it without penalty. For cancellations requested more than 2 hours after the order is placed, a 2% processing fee (of the order value) will be applied. In special circumstances, we may waive this fee at our discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled include:
- Orders that have already been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled until the package is returned to our warehouse.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
Exchange, 返回 & Refund
GUCraftsman accepts requests for exchanges or returns (for a refund) within 15 days of the product’s delivery date (as recorded by the carrier). Any shipping costs incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
While you have the right to request an exchange, if the specific item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead. Generally, we cannot accommodate exchanges for a product of significantly higher or lower value than the original item.
All returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, free gifts, and packaging. If free gifts are missing or the original packaging is severely damaged, a 2% restocking fee (of the product value) may be charged. GUCraftsman is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment.
All returns are subject to inspection by our technicians upon arrival at our warehouse. Returns will be denied if the product shows signs of damage, malfunction, or wear and tear resulting from use after delivery. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. For payments made by credit card, refunds may take 5-10 business days or longer to appear on your statement.
The following are NOT eligible for exchange or return:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products not manufactured or sold by GUCraftsman.
(3) Products that have been modified or altered.
(4) Products with obvious signs of use, stains, or scratches.
(5) Products that are malfunctioning due to post-delivery use.
(6) Products that have been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

· Acceptance of Terms：Purchasing and using a GUCraftsman product implies acceptance of these warranty terms and conditions.
