Processing Time
After your order is completed and payment is confirmed, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Products are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our factory in Shenzhen, China. For customized or made-to-order products, the processing time is typically 2-5 business days.
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+8). Processing does not occur on weekends or Chinese public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day. Please note that extreme weather conditions may also cause shipping delays. Except under special circumstances, all orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery Time
Once your order is processed and ready, it will be picked up by the respective courier.
· Free Shipping:If you select the default “Free Shipping” option, your order will be sent via the most economical method available and may involve multiple carriers. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days.
· Standard & Expedited Shipping:The carrier for “Standard” and “Expedited” shipping depends on the destination country and the best available option. “Expedited Shipping” is also given priority in the shipping process. Estimated delivery times for all options are clearly displayed at checkout and vary by country. For example, “Standard Shipping” usually takes 3-12 business days, while “Expedited Shipping” usually takes 3-7 business days. These are estimates and may not be consistent for all countries. Delivery to remote areas or countries with less developed logistics networks will take longer. Additionally, stricter customs procedures in some international destinations may require extra processing time.
Tracking
Most packages are trackable. You can check the status using the official website of the carrier or package tracking aggregation platforms. We will send you a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that not all tracking numbers are active immediately; it may take a few days for updates to appear on the relevant website.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Import duties, taxes, and customs regulations vary by country. The customer or recipient is responsible for paying any applicable charges if they are not prepaid. GUCraftsman is not liable for any customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import fees.
If you are concerned about potential additional charges, please contact your local customs and import authority to understand how duties are assessed for your country.
If a customer refuses a package due to import duties, taxes, or related fees, the package will be considered voluntarily abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.
