At GUCraftsman, we are committed to providing high-quality audio products and a reliable shopping experience.

Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours after placing the order without any cancellation fee.

For cancellation requests submitted more than 2 hours after the order is placed, a 2% processing fee based on the total order value may apply.

In special circumstances, GUCraftsman may waive this fee at our discretion.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders cannot be cancelled once they:

  • Have been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier;
  • Have already entered the shipping process.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Customers must wait until the package is returned according to our return procedure.

The following orders are also not eligible for cancellation:

  • Customized products;
  • Made-to-order products.

Exchange, Return & Refund

GUCraftsman accepts return or exchange requests within 15 days from the delivery date recorded by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused;
  • The product must be in original condition;
  • All original accessories, packaging, and included items must be returned.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees paid during the purchase are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect;
  • The wrong product was shipped due to our error.

GUCraftsman is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for an eligible product.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability;
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead;
  • Exchanges for products with significantly higher or lower value may not be available.

Any price difference resulting from an approved exchange may require additional payment or adjustment.

Product Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned products will be inspected by our technicians after arrival at our warehouse.

Returns may be rejected if the product shows:

  • Signs of use;
  • Physical damage;
  • Scratches or stains;
  • Wear caused after delivery;
  • Functional issues caused by improper handling.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes inspection.

For credit card payments, refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days or longer to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized products;
  • Made-to-order products;
  • Products not manufactured or sold by GUCraftsman;
  • Products that have been modified or altered;
  • Products with obvious signs of use, stains, or scratches;
  • Products damaged due to improper use after delivery;
  • Products that have been disassembled or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Restocking Fee

If returned items are missing included accessories, free gifts, or original packaging is severely damaged, GUCraftsman reserves the right to charge a 2% restocking fee based on the product value.

Policy Updates

GUCraftsman reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to review the latest version of this policy periodically.
