Where is my cable?
Every cable is braided by hand after you order, so there is a making period before anything ships. Here is what to expect, and how to track your parcel once it is on its way.

You get an order confirmation email. Your cable is not made yet — building starts now.

Braided by hand
2-3 weeks
Master Gu cuts, braids, solders and seals your cable. Custom lengths, plugs or colours can add a few days.

Shipped
Day of dispatch
We email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. This is when tracking starts working.

In transit
7-20 days
Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Tracking updates can lag 1-2 days behind the parcel.
