1、Warranty Period

All GUCraftsman products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of delivery.

2、What is Covered?

We will provide free repair service for any product that exhibits manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period. This covers labor costs for repair. Please note that replacement parts and components are not included for free and may incur charges.

• What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover repairs or issues resulting from:

· Products not manufactured or sold by GUCraftsman.

· Intentional damage, misuse, or accidents caused by the customer.

· Loss of the product or its components.

· Damage caused by exposure to corrosive liquids or chemicals.

· Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

• Out-of-Warranty Service

For products outside the one-year warranty period, we are happy to provide paid repair services at our discretion. Charges will include labor and the cost of any replacement parts. Please note that for discontinued products, repair service may be limited or unavailable due to a lack of replacement parts.

You will need to provide:

· Your complete return shipping address and contact information.

· Your original order number or proof of purchase.

· A clear description of the product issue.

· Photos or a short video clearly showing the problem.

· Shipping Costs：Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product to us for service and for the return shipment after repair.
